Yapay Köle is a personal AI assistant, automation engine, and workflow management hub developed and operated by Çoruh Şimşek. The platform is designed strictly for personal productivity, email organization, task automation, and calendar management.

2. Google User Data and Permissions (OAuth Scopes)

Our application requests access to Google Workspace services (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) strictly to execute automated productivity workflows initiated by the user.

Data Accessed: Basic profile information, email metadata, messages for summarization, and calendar events.
Data Usage: Data is accessed solely in real-time to perform user-authorized actions (e.g., summarizing threads, organizing schedules, and creating draft replies).
Data Storage: No Google user data is stored on third-party servers. All session credentials and OAuth tokens are stored locally on encrypted infrastructure owned and operated solely by the user.
Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or disclose user data to any third parties, advertisers, or external machine learning models for public training.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use):
Yapay Köle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Users have complete sovereignty over their data. Because data is processed for personal productivity, any cached data can be permanently deleted at any time by revoking application access via the Google Account Security settings or by contacting the administrator.

4. Security

We implement standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token storage mechanisms to ensure that authentication tokens and access credentials are secure against unauthorized access.
